(2) The St. Clair River system is another place for salmon and trout. Good numbers of fish congregate at the power plant discharges when the ice flows from Huron seize. Try the Black River behind the old Sear’s building. Anglers have good success trolling body baits or jigging tipped with shiners near discharge sites.
